At Ann's Cottage we pride ourselves on delivering your orders safely and on time. While the vast majority of our parcels arrive without issue, there are rare occasions when a package may be delayed or go missing in transit.

Please note that our courier partners require up to 7 working days to complete a thorough investigation. During this period, we kindly ask for your patience while we work closely with them to determine the status of your parcel, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund until the investigation has taken place.
Once the investigation is complete, we will contact you with the outcome and the appropriate next steps. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving such issues fairly and efficiently.
