Once your return reaches our Returns Department back at our warehouse, we aim to process returns within 14 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your accounts via the original payment method – this can be a little longer for international payments. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we refund your order to keep you updated.
